Just tested with Resolve 17.1.1 Studio and was suprised that I was able to edit 5K/10bit HEVC (200Mbit/s) without any issues.įor basic HEVC and H.264 decoding (and therefore editing) the M1 seems plenty fast. I dont think you can buy a Mac desktop for your budget.
